About Lavish Pundir
Hello, I’m Lavish Pundir.
My academic background is in pharmacy, but over time my curiosity moved beyond science and toward business, marketing, and entrepreneurship. What began as experimentation through online ventures eventually developed into a deeper interest in understanding how businesses grow, how customers make decisions, and how companies build sustainable competitive advantages.
Rather than focusing solely on products or sales, I became increasingly interested in the systems behind growth — customer psychology, positioning, distribution, marketing strategy, and the decisions that influence long-term outcomes.
Today, I work in performance marketing while continuously studying startups, venture capital, business models, growth systems, and company-building. Much of my learning comes from research, experimentation, observation, and analyzing how successful businesses operate in the real world.

My Approach
I do not view business as a collection of
hacks or shortcuts.
I believe meaningful understanding comes from studying incentives, observing patterns, questioning assumptions, and continuously refining one’s thinking.
Business is often discussed loudly. I prefer to study it quietly.
As someone naturally inclined toward obse
rvation and reflection, I try to separate facts from narratives, long-term signals from short-term noise, and analysis from speculation.
Why I Write
Writing helps me think more clearly.
Documenting ideas, frameworks, observations, and lessons forces me to organize my thinking and challenge my own assumptions. The pro
cess of writing is often as valuable as the conclusions themselves.
